Monday to Thursday from 08:00-12:00 & 13:00-16:00 Uhr; Friday from 08:00-12:30 Uhr

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order amount of €100.00 per order.

Is there a minimum order quantitiy?
The minimum order quantity can be found in the article details.

How do I understand the prices?
Our prices are in Euro plus VAT.

How will my order be shipped?
Depending on the order, your order will be shipped by DHL or carrier.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by bank transfer, Paypal, direct debit, cash on delivery, prepayment, credit card or in cash.

New customers are delivered against prepayment or cash on delivery. With positive credit checks also on invoice.

When will I receive my ordered goods?

You are welcome to inform us of a delivery date. If you have not informed us of a delivery date, we will ship the available goods immediately.

Items that are not available will automatically be put on backorder and delivered when they become available. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive backorders.

Can I order goods abroad?
We deliver worldwide.
